Hmmm, if you really did the cmuExport and then cmuImport, it should have
carried all the mail with it (at least all mine appear to do so).
Otherwise, on the BQ, mail is under /home/sites/<fqdn>/users/<username>/mail
directory I believe...
You might want to check the mbox versus mail/inbox settings in your setup and
see which is being read by the pop software.
