Not "worry", but a little bit concerned.
You have too many kernels installed.
The solution: Remove the ones you are not using.
To get a list of the kernels, try:
# rpm -qa | grep kernel | sort
To determine the one you are currently using:
# uname -rv
You should, ideally, remove all but the latest (2.6.9-67.0.22.EL) and the one
you are currently using (see result from 'uname -rv')
