Dell Open Manage has that built in. Since you don't have a GUI
installed, you should be able to install the Management Console on
another box and put the agent on the CentOS box. Experience with
the PERC (I have 7 years of experience with Dell Servers and SAN storage)
can tell you that there is rarely an issue. If you have hardware
RAID, my recommendation if to add another harddrive and make the third
drive a hot spare.

Thanks everyone. That clears it up. Since I am using hardware raid, I
can't monitor it from the GUI/Active Monitor. I'm off to look for
hardware raid monitoring solutions. Don't suppose anyone knows of a
solution off-hand that will work?

Thanks again.
