The normal procedure is;

Network Services > DNS > Edit Primary Services 
Then using the drom down menu to; Reverse Address (PTR) Record.

However it could be that your ISP manages your reverse PTR. So it will depend 
on how the Domain / Name Servers etc are set up and who has control of them.
