Paul thanks for the information. How does one modify the contents of the 
message sent? I assume there is some template some place and that this is 
the reference [base-disk.overQuotaMsg] but dont know enough about the cobalt 
system to know were this might be stored or if my assumptions are even 
correct ;-)

Also would really like to get this modified by BQ group so that my changes 
do not get overwritten on any future updates.
