Hi list,

I have definied a 'server administrator' in the GUI. I got a call today 
that this user can't create any sites anymore. The administrator is 
getting the error:

Sorry, an internal server error occurred. Permission for CREATE is
denied. Please visit http://BlueQuartz.org/ for technical info.

If I log in as admin then I have no problem creating sites.

This has worked before. I did the major update yesterday. Could it be 
related?
