I use CACert.org for my certificates. I then ask my clients to
install the root certificates from CACert.org, and they no longer get
warning messages. I dont have any sites that use certificates for
store fronts or anything like that.. just my apps like webftp,
webmail, and the BQ admin pages, so this has worked well for me.
Perhaps this could be an option to explore for your sites.
