That'll only work if you have the AV-SPAM installed:

cp /usr/sausalito/ui/web/base/user/userList.php.cbq-av-spam /usr/sausalito/ui/web/base/user/userList.php

However, the patch solarspeed-av-spam-patch-1.0.9-SOL2 should have fixed that 
a few weeks ago as well.
