Firstly I'd be recommending the server admin attempts to have it removed from the
spamcop dnsbl. Spamcop is a popular and well respected list which most including myself
class as "work safe" - there will be a legitimate reason for them being listed, but
this may be something as simple as an old IP or incorrectly configured email server.

Same here, spamcop blocks more spam than any other dnsbl's I use. Below I've listed the
dnsbl's I use on firstly a works server, which uses less lists of questionable policy,
the second is a personal email server with more stringent lists in use (however these
have blocked a lot of email from possibly legitimate sources). The numbers under each
are outputted by a script I use and represent the number of emails blocked by each list
since 4am log rotation. Not that useful for direct comparison as that works server has
a very low email load compared to that personal server.
