Anyone else encounter Dovecot getting stuck on a specific mailbox? 

I just found some emails in a users mailbox that caused dovecot to get stuck. Both pop3 and imap were affected (Squirrelmail appears to hang).

I had to remove these messages from the inbox to get it to work.

They had some funny characters like an apostrophe that was not the normal ascii code.

Why would dovecot care or get stuck?
