>I recently had this exact same problem. What I found out is that the owner of user
folder had been changed. For whatever reason, BQ was hanging when attempting to delete
the user folder. After changing the owner of the user folder back to the user and
rebooting, the user deleted correctly and no longer hung the box.

I try that first
all owners correct
several reboots
